The rules at WEBBET are very closely to those that regulate the Las Vegas sports and horse books. These rules are to protect all parties involved.
All customer accounts are private and confidential.
All calls are recorded, held for seven days. All disputes are decided from a reasonable interpretation of the recording.
The winner of an event, or game, will be determined on the date that the event is concluded.
All wagers are in U.S. dollars.
Members must be 18 years of age to open and account. All accounts opened by persons under 18 will be frozen and account balances refunded.
WEBBET reserves the right to refuse any wager without cause, at any time, from any member.
All rules, regulations, minimums, maximum, and payoffs listed herein are subject to change without prior written notice. However, no accepted wager can be affected by such change.
It is the member's sole responsibility to safe guard their password and account number. Upon each call, members, to access their account, must identify themselves by account number and password.
Any person, with or without the account holder authority, who accesses a WEBBET account, with a correct username and password, is deemed an agent of the account holder and binds said account holder to wagers placed under said account, whether the person actually is the authorized by the account holder.
Account balances will reflect all wagers on future propositions or pending wagers.
Members cannot risk more money than is available in their account.
Members are to confirm their wagers with the operator at the end of the call using
their account number and password.
It is the responsibility of the caller to listen to the read-back, from the operator, before confirming the wager. If, for some reason, the call drops before the process is completed, the wager will be at the management's discretion.
No wager(s) will be cancelled once confirmed and call is concluded.
Over-time periods are included: in the final score for over/under wagers and in second half for half-time wagers.
Maximum payout for any parlay is $50,000.
With regard to suspended games, protest games, or overturned decisions, WEBBET follows Las Vegas rules and does not recognize suspended games, protests, and overturned decisions for wagering purposes.
All sporting events must play on posted schedule date, unless otherwise specified.
If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or a change of venue, all wagers on such event will automatically be deemed "no action," and payouts will be made accordingly
Tennis matches have no action, if the match is not completed, due to withdrawal, incapacity, or disqualification. If however, a match is rescheduled due to weather problems, bad light, scheduling conflict, etc, wagers have action.
Odds listed, at the time wager is accepted, determine the payout.
Prohibited wagers: parlay the same team on the point spread line and the money line and to place wager, where the outcome of one part of the wager contributes to the outcome of another part of the wager. (i.e., first half total with game total.) All wagers are no action from the inception, and money refunded.
WEBBET does not report your transactions to any financial institution or government agency. It is the client's sole responsibility to report any such information to the appropriate taxable jurisdiction.
In the case of an obvious error, on the posted line, scheduled time, or maximum wager, wagers are deemed "no action," and money refunded.
Dates and start times of events shown are for guidance purposes only. If for any reason a wager is accepted after an event or match has started the selection(s) are void.
WEBBET reserves the right to take away any bonus, at any time, without any explanation.
All future wagers are accepted as "All In," Run or Not Run, Entered or Not Entered, and stakes are lost on a future wager if a selection does not take part.
Winners and losers are official after:
Football - NCAA & NFL Game: 55 minutes of play Total: 60 Minutes
Basketball NBA Game: 43 minutes of play Total: 48 Minutes
Basketball NCAA Game: 35 minutes of play Total: 40 Minutes
Hockey NHL Game: 55 minutes of play Total: 60 Minutes
All other sporting events - 55 minutes of play Total: full game time
Overtime periods, quarters or extra innings count in the final score when wagering on totals, money lines and spreads, unless otherwise specified and with the exception of soccer lines including a quote for a draw.
Halftime wagers: overtime periods are included as part of the second half.
Other sports: All other contests that involve a scheduled length of play time or time limit, must be played to play to their conclusion or have five minutes or less of scheduled playing time remaining when the contest concludes to be considered official for wagering purposes
Specific Internet Rules
Members must determine whether WEBET's services are permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction.
The member, at each log-on, must verify account balances before wagering. When you verify and accept your account balance, you agree that all previous transactions are correct and you forgo any claims.
Members are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all account transactions.
Claims or disputes must be reported at this time. Disputes, claims, additional account information, contact Customer Service at 1-866 or by e-mail to customer support
If a dispute arises, both management and the member agree that the log backup of disputed wager shall serve as the final authority and disputed wager(s) will be adjusted accordingly.
Any manipulation of prices, spread, game times, etc. will result in all wagers marked a loser.
